Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We understand that sometimes an item just doesn't work the way you thought, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns/exchanges on regular priced items within 10 days from the date of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

To initiate a return, please click on "Request a Return" in the footer and enter your order number and zip code. If items meet the return policies, you can select the item(s) you would like to return or exchange. After submitting the request, you will receive a confirmation email with return instructions and a shipping label. 

Please include the original packing slip with your return. Exchanges can only be made for the same item and the same price. In the event that the item is no longer available, a store credit will be issued. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment or store credit, in the form of a gift card.

Please note that last chance items or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returned items must be delivered to us within 5 business days from the date of the return request. Once we receive the returned item, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 2 business days.
